I gave a keynote speech a couple of months ago and put a QR code on the last slide which linked to a page which contained all the URLs (including a link to the powerpoint) I referenced during my talk. I don't know how much it was used but a couple of the attendees at the symposium  specifically mentioned that they liked it.
