[Web4lib] Skillset for new librarians

I'd have to agree with Roy. And I'd also say this - having basic word or excel proficiency has nothing whatsoever to do with "being an expert in technologies."

To me, that's the equivalent of teaching basic phone skills to mls students ... because our fledgling librarians might do telephone reference someday, and the phone is complicated technology.
