[Web4lib] Skillset for new librarians

Seriously now.
Basic Office software skills. Here managers will work out reports for dept, 
board, etc. Databases like Access, with it's construction wizards, will help one 
to understand the more complex database like XML and Sequel.
An understanding of network structure and data transmission (WAN and LAN) very 
helpful. 
HTML and CMS. Again, working knowledge but not expertise. Expertise comes with 
daily on the job exposure.
Social network tools -- same as above.
