[Web4lib] FW: Important Notice - Library Proxy Logins on the web

As some journal publishers know all too well, there are dozens of such sites on the Internet. Try searching Google for the address of your library's proxy server in quotes and then go out to the end of the results. When we did that last year, we found that most of the listed logins were old and no longer worked, but we did disable a few current accounts.
