Hello,

This survey is being sent to multiple lists; apologies for any duplication.

I am conducting a survey of metadata specialists and web content
managers in libraries who use Web content management systems (WCMS) to
manage their websites. The purpose of this survey is to determine
current practices, challenges, and drawbacks in using metadata and
controlled vocabularies as a means of managing Web-based resources using
these systems. The results of this survey will be used as a
clearinghouse for best practices, as well as a means of advocating for
feature development for metadata tools in the web content management space.

If you are interested in participating in this survey, it will take
about 10-15 minutes of your time. The survey asks questions about the
type of library in which the participant works, the types of content
managed within the WCMS, the current classification and description
practices, and the benefits and drawbacks of the particular content
management environment.

The survey is available here:
https://surveys.libraries.psu.edu/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=94LK3p4

It will be available until March 25.

Thank you for your time and consideration. cheers,
