[Web4lib] [Publib] Seizure of Domains by DHS

According to the article, GoDaddy concluded this was an ICANN thing.  Therefore, the "seizure warrant" mentioned in the graphic probably went to ICANN.

That brings up an interesting question as to how does one find the owner of a domain?

This was being talked about in several places on Friday.  I first say this

I wonder why a warrant or some warning is not needed on the Internet when it
is required for everything else that is not an emergency situation.
