[Web4lib] Bulk USB Sticks...

Well, the responses I'm getting from bulk sellers bring even a 64MB 
stick in at $4+.  Too much, especially for that size.

I've contacted direct sellers in China that accept minimum orders of 
100.  If I have any success, I'll share it here.
