[Web4lib] Managing bandwidth - bandwidth shaping

I am currently trying to configure and use Microsoft Forefront in conjunction with Bandwidth Splitter to achieve this very objective;  if anyone has any insights into this process, or any relevant experience, I would appreciate hearing from them.
