[Web4lib] mobile sites and domain registration

Hello,
 
We are aware that we need to move to accommodate the mobile users – are probably delinquent in doing it – and yesterday I purchased a couple of site names from GoDaddy since they seemed to have the best pricing. So far I have a confirmation notice of some sort that the registration for one of them, sclib.info, is confirmed.
 
My next problem is to figure out how we can actually use it. Do we need to have a new domain created in IIS on the server that hosts our ‘regular; web site, or is there some other arcane procedure we need to go though? Nobody here has ever been involved in such a process so any information would be gratefully received.
