[Web4lib] Should the Wikimedia Foundation be at IFLA 76

HI Lars,

Unfortunately I believe the date has passed for submissions of papers
which is usually coordinated by the various IFLA standing committees and
for the poster sessions.  There may still be an opportunity to be part of
the exhibition.  Still, contact ifla at ifla.org to find out.
