[Web4lib] Library Web Services Staffing Question

Context is always good, but out of context is perfectly fine. This is about as informal as it gets - FTW, we are 15-16k FTE, 2 campuses + 2 other locations, 26 librarians, 1 librarian (faculty) web manager, 1 staff, but we do about 25 - 30 hours of reference between the two of us a week. He is a programmer with a degree in CS, and I have an MLIS, and am also a programmer with a graphic & web design background. A good context question would be how much traffic does your site record yearly, as unique visits and pageviews, separated by on-campus and off, but that's getting kind of personal! But please, feel free to share if you want. Institutional stuff I can always get from your university/college's IR site, so no need to include that stuff, and of course, the above, again, is very optional.

Do you want to, conversely, post some parameters you are using in your library, and ask for responses from similar places?
