[Web4lib] Firefox

If you can push out installers with command-line parameters, the regular 
Firefox setup executable should be able to take the parameter '-ms' 
which instructs it to perform a silent install.  The documentation says 
'/S' is now the preferred way to do it, but is currently broken (?).  I 
believe '-ms' should still work, though not guaranteed forever (unless 
their definition of "deprecated" is different from the usual).  You can 
also specify a configuration file for other options, and in this case 
the "silent" option is implied.  Here's the full info:
