[Web4lib] User survey to help design library sites

Hello-

We don't necessarily have a survey, but we do use Get Satisfaction to  
keep open lines of communications about our site with our users via a  
"Website Feedback" tab.  See our site for the tab (http://library.elmhurst.edu/
