[Web4lib] Problems with Google Scholar Link Resolver links?

The situation appears to have been rectified (for us and a couple of other libraries I've checked).  FWIW, I'm off-campus at the moment and had to delete all my Google cookies in order to reset Scholar's preferences to show the previously missing links.  FWIW#2, I think there was definitely something funky afoot at GS -- a library that was having problems due to an error in their institutional_links.xml file is back to having the old problem.  The file had been corrected, GS crawled the new file and things were working, but it appears that GS has restored the old file and not yet done new crawls yet.
