[Web4lib] list of all libraries in world

I maintain the lib-web-cats directory of libraries.  To my knowledge, there is no comprehensive directory of libraries worldwide.  Lib-web-cats currently includes over 50,000 libraries spanning 147 countries.  It's strengths are public, academic, and national libraries.  Many others are represented as well, but not with as much depth.  

The distinctive feature of lib-web-cats involves its focus on the automation products used in libraries.  I hope that it serves as a tool to help those interested in library technology find information regarding implementation and migration trends among systems.
