[Web4lib] Content Management

An interesting middle-of-the-road suggestion is to go with an Open
Source solution (like Wordpress or Drupal) but purchase a support
contract from someone who specializes in those systems. If you're in a
larger metropolitan area, you may even be able to find someone local,
meaning on-site consultations won't cost an arm and a leg.

Drupal has companies like Acquia (http://acquia.com/products-services/drupal-technical-support
) or Koumbit (http://koumbit.org/en/node). There are likely others.

This gives you the confidence knowing that you're not locked in to a
proprietary solution (if you don't like your chosen support situation,
you can switch vendors), and if you do ever get the chance to bring
things in-house, you can.
