[Web4lib] Choosing a wiki

For hosted service , I prefer pbwiki (now pbworks) over any other. No need to learn wiki syntax. I use it for my own website.

I second Dokuwiki. Simple to set up; decent number of plugins and
skins; no need to have admin privileges or have a database created for
you. I also like the wiki syntax better than the others out there.

Mediawiki would be my second choice for a self-hosted site.
