Library Associates Companies (LAC) seeks a Librarian - Manager of User Support Team to work for a library services vendor located in the Midwest.   This position requires a Masters in Library/Information Science (MLS/MLIS) and will manage a team responsible for training, relationship managing and user support.

Requirements:

 *   Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLS/MLIS) is required;
 *   Must have previous experience in management, training, customer service and user support;
 *   Exceptional communication skills
 *   Previous experience working for a library vendor in any capacity (particularly customer service) is highly desired;
