[Web4lib] Questions for LibGuiders

I've loved our libguides! The cost is modest and the access it has given to public services librarians to create specialized guides is significant. Our CMS is not user friendly and most librarians outside of systems did not have access to it.

Libguides makes it very easy for a large number of staff to work on guides and udpate pages---and they do not need to know how to code a web page or have secure access to the main web server. I've experimented using the guides to support some of our workshops (embedding handouts and podcasts in the page) and it's worked very well. It's also very easy to make adjustments, updates, or corrections in real time independent of our very friendly but overworked systems department.
