The vendor is Horizon.  It is well hidden.  I found it in the help page.

Public Library catalog entry?... formating the URL without unnecessary
embedded codes' characters for a search session, without the other
unnecessary characters that can appear in the resulting URL for a search
that vary and might not work universally.
