[Web4lib] survey - IM widgets on academic library subject guides

Dear all,

I will be repeating a study I did last year. The aim of the study
is to learn about and compare usage of IM widgets on online subject/research
guides from different North American academic libraries. I would like to see
the types of users that use IM widgets on a librarians subject guide and the
type of questions that are asked. The survey is short (it should take no longer
than 5 minutes to complete). Here is the link to the survey:
