Blueprint is also a great way to get started with CSS grids! http://www.blueprintcss.org/
I've used Blueprint a few times. It's simple to use and great for cross browser compatibility. There are plenty of resources on the web to help you start creating layouts with Blueprint.

We're using the Yahoo CSS Grids. I really like it.

The 'builder' tool is pretty slick, too. A nice way to get started:

Is anyone currently using a grid system for CSS layout and if so, which
one? We're thinking about using the 960 Grid System http://960.gs/ -
just wanted to see who else might be using it.
