[Web4lib] RE: Who does your library follow on Twitter?

I have an RSS feed off several searches in search.twitter.com -- that
makes it possible to follow hashtags, keywords, and our library's name.

By the way, at this point Houston Public Library doesn't follow anyone.
We use Twitter as a straight broadcast tool. I respond to any @
questions or comments from my personal account.

This would be a public way of tracking issues, questions, etc. and give people a way to zip you a question and for you to provide short, quick support. Kind of like what Comcast and other companies are doing these days.
