[Web4lib] Camtasia studio & mobile phones -- problem?

Yes, thanks Bob, and Thomas. I have used that 'SUPER' software you
recommend, and it did work well to convert files for my phone...what we're
trying to do, though, is put up our library tour files in formats that'll
work on as many phones as possible.

Examples of what I mean: http://faculty.kutztown.edu/rjensen/cmc.mp4 came
out of Camtasia Studio--and it does NOT work on my phone.

http://faculty.kutztown.edu/rjensen/pcast.mp4 (it ends abruptly) DOES work
on my phone. This file was converted from a Camtasia-produced .m4v using
software called Ultra Quick Time Converter.

I wonder first of all if other phones see the same results as mine? I spoke
today with Camtasia tech support--their guy told me mine was the third
mobile-related call he'd had today.
