[Web4lib] complicated access charts

Our libraries have many different constituencies using several locations
with different services. It all makes for a very complex table of
data<http://library.med.nyu.edu/library/libinfo/gen_info/access_chart.html>,
even when color coded.

So, two questions; one specific, one general...

1) Does anyone know where I could get an editable version of an expanding
table/grid such as this cool one from
Georgetown<https://gdc.georgetown.edu/projects/digitalstories/grid/>
(that
I could edit without knowing much Flash)?

2) Does anyone have similarly complex access rules? Come up with a
readable way of communicating this information?

Thanks,
Chris
