[Web4lib] Steve Cisler - passed away.

I just heard about this via Roy Tennant in a Twitter tweet. This is a great loss to all of us. Steve was one of my first online acquaintances via BitNet e-mail in the late 1980's. He will be greatly missed. He was an inspiration to me in my early internet work.
