[Web4lib] remote web work for library staff?

Hi Nina,

You didn't mention what operating systems your users are using, but you 
could use Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection over VPN, or you could 
use VNC through an SSH tunnel.

I have some instructions for the latter from WinXP to Mac OS X 10.4.x, 
but you should be able to use the same framework for any OS.
