[Web4lib] Experiences predicting hardware needs

We are rapidly building digital collections that are part purchased and
part home grown.  I'm collecting information from Libraries that maintain
their own servers and disk space.  If you have a model or formula for
predicting server and/or disk space growth, I would love to hear from you.
Either models that work or don't work would be helpful.
