[Web4lib] Planning open source Library system at Duke

VuFind (Villanova), Blacklight (University of Virginia), and the eXtensible
Catalog project (University of Rochester) are also exploring some of the
same territory. It would be wonderful to have several groups working on the
same problem...and even better if much reinvention of the wheel could be
avoided.
