[Web4lib] Jazzing up our OPAC Interface

Hello!

I am compiling a list of options for creating an "Amazon-like" interface for
our library OPAC (book cover images, etc.), and I've got a good start, but I
thought I'd ask all of you what you have used.  I'm especially interested in
options that will work well with our Millennium catalog.  If you have ideas
for me, please contact me off-list.  I'll compile and share the answers.
