PBWiki <http://pbwiki.com> offers custom domain names and is a
generally great product. FWIW, my friend David Weekly founded and (I
think) owns it.

The small non-profit that my project was for has practically zero budget for web hosting, and they also have the need for multiple non-web-savvy people to make frequent updates to the site - a wiki is really the only usable tool I've seen that will work for them.
