I've been using a free open source program called KeePass for a few 
years. I like that it allows you to store passwords in groups (like 
folders), a little like the file structure in Internet Explorer. I 
run it off a USB flash drive so that it's with me wherever I go. No 
problem keeping the passwords in sync. The encryption is very strong.
