[Web4lib] those pesky out-of-office messages

Also speaking for myself, but this is also the advice I give to PUBLIB
members: if you subscribe to individual posts and filter messages to a
folder, this problem disappears; you either plonk nuisance messages or
skim past them. Subscribing to individual posts also ensures that your
replies include the subject of the message, not the generic digest
title, which is not only kind to other readers but provides better
relevance results for Web4Lib searches.
