Position: Curation Resources Analyst

Job Purpose: Working on the Digital Curation Centre Project, the postholder will devise innovative methods for gathering and disseminating best practice in the field of digital curation and preservation. The post holder will also liaise closely with other UK and EU funded projects including SCARP, DCC, CASPAR, DPE, and PLANETS to streamline international curation research and development activity. 
Salary Range: £29,139 - £32,796 per annum.
Type: Open ended post with funding available until March 2009

Position: Systems Developer

Job Purpose: The CASPAR project will provide the post-holder with the opportunity to participate in cutting edge research and development activity that pushes the bounds of the current state of the art with regards to digital curation and preservation.  The "Mapping the Profession and Practice of Sculpture in Britain and Ireland 1851-1951" project will enable the post-holder to develop and implement databases, content management systems, and websites based on sound international standards and best practice. Within this project, the post holder will design and develop the project systems including relational databases, the content management system and project website and will provide technical advice and support for the project team. The post holder will also liaise closely with other UK and EU funded projects including SCARP, DCC,  DPE, and PLANETS to streamline international curation research and development activity. 
Salary Range: £29,139 - £32,796 per annum
Type: Open ended post with funding available until March 2009
