MyLibrary isn't really a portal but it does integrate nicely with 
uPortal.  A few years ago Eric Morgan (author of MyLibrary) and I did 
a collaborative presentation on MyLibrary/uPortal at a LITA 
conference.  I've been working with uPortal for about five years. If 
you send email to webmaster at uportal.org I will get it.
