[Web4lib] U.Va. Library website design review

As my daughter put it, TMI.  "Too Much Information."  The are way too
many links.  Need to decide what is important and focus on that only. In
my own opinion a library webpage should focus on tasks, "Find Books"
"Find Articles" , as much as possible.  The news section is nice but
still has too much in it.  There is too much going on in the banner.
Think of the page as you would a newspaper, important information goes
above the fold or in this case above the scrolling down.  The banner
should be as simple as possible.  Take a look at our web page at
Morrisville for this type of design.  I based it on the recent redesign
of the college website: http://library.morrisville.edu/

The information of most importance is in the top half of the page.
