[Web4lib] Use of social bookmarking sites

Thanks for the plug Ryan.

If anyone has any questions about how we do this, I'd be happy to answer
them.

Also, at the hackfest held during the EndUser conference last week, Aaron
Dobbs, I, and others created a way to add a link to add library records to
del.icio.us from the record display view of our Voyager catalog. I need to
go through the proper channels before adding it to our production online
catalog, but you can see it in action on Shippensburgs' catalog at:

Due to the way Voyager works, there was some challenges we had to
overcome, and some more tweaking would be nice, but it seems to work
pretty good for just starting to figure it out.
