[Web4lib] incorporating Dreamweaver content/code & borrowing content/code

Dear Weblib folks,

   Does anybody have any suggestions/opinions regarding incorporating
Dreamweaver templates into library websites?

Is that allowable?  I appreciate any assistance on this matter.

   How about experiences borrowing content/code from other websites.  How
have you gone about doing that?
