[Web4lib] Content management systems

Whenever these conversations come up, I always throw my hat firmly in  
the Drupal ring.  I've found it to be the right amount of power vs.  
ease of use for me and my projects.  It's pretty easy to develop for  
(they have a pretty easy API that does a lot of the 'heavy lifting'  
for you), easy to theme, and easy to administer.
