[Web4lib] Adobe Contribute

We use contribute at the public library for individual departments to
edit their main page and I also use it for a local Camp website.

Users seem to pick up on it easily for simple editing - which is what
most of my users do. We run the contribute publishing server at the
library, which makes logging in nice because users can use the same
connection they do for our network.

I just got 4 non-profit licenses of the latest version for Camp for
$350 (this included the install license and one manual). Afraid I don't
know what the licenses for the library cost

I like it that I can limit users to only editing certain pages, force
their graphics to be a maximum size and to use template style sheets.

Be happy to answer any additional questions you might have.

Does anybody have insight to using this software for editing their
webpages? Is it expensive?

  Thanks.
