Yeah, I was going to say, Dreamweaver has had the capability of doing 
basic SQL queries for a couple of years now (since "UltraDev" to be 
exact).  Have a look here:

Adobe just came out with a new version of their major software products 
including Dreamweaver called "CS3".  It looks like they may have moved 
some of the SQL capability to a new product called "Dreamweaver Toolbox":
