[Web4lib] web development company?

Hi web4lib folks,
I am beginning a process to solicit bids from web design firms to develop
our library system's web site.
Does anyone have any recommendations for companies who have experience
creating sophisticated library web sites that I might want to contact?

Our county library system serves a population area of approx. 400,000
residents with 14 branch locations in northwest Nevada. All previous web
development has been done in-house.
