[Web4lib] Tool to Create Floor Plans

Are there any packages for making *library-specific* floor plans—where
you can designate areas for DDCs, for example, and, when user finds a
book, point them to where the book will be on a chart? The University
of Huddersfield does this, although it looks like custom work.
