[Web4lib] Innovation: NYT article on Dewey-less Arizona public library

This probably should not be too surprising. Library staff was always
great advertising and promoting activities once a patron got inside
the physical walls. collections and programming has changed so a
"physical" visitors is not the only patrons we reach. Our walls of
expanded and some people still feel profession is doing a strong job
at PR. I bet many would question that though.
