Dear Tiffany:

You can achieve liquid layouts using percentages.  Right now from a quick
glance it looks like several items are positioned absolutely.  Some good
examples for CSS layouts can be found on the CSS-D listeserv's wiki at:
http://css-discuss.incutio.com/, and you can join the listserv and ask
people for specific help (http://www.css-discuss.org/).  I recommend looking
through the layouts and finding something similar to what you would like to
achieve (three-column layouts:
