Hi Nancy,

The CUFTS tools are free for anyone to use, and the CUFTS software is 
available under the GNU Public License. You would only have to pay for 
licensing the accompanying knowledgebase for local loading into your own 
link resolver or other ERM system.

I have to warn you that the free tools are using a version of the CUFTS 
knowledgebase (both database structure and data) that is a few months 
out of date -- but we will be moving them over to the current version of 
the database in the near future. Unfortunately I can't give you a 
specific timeline but I will post to this list when the tools have been 
migrated.
