[Web4lib] seeking library system for the PC and PC network that runs on Windows

Hi,

I'm looking for a library system that runs on the PC and PC network. It
should also run on Windows rather than Linux. I'm evaluating Koha and
find it very good but I would like to look at a Windows alternative.

I would welcome your suggestions.
