[Web4lib] Microsoft Academic Search, is it broken?

Sadly, Academic Live (indeed, all of live.com) doesn't work with
Safari.  Its behavior with Firefox on Ubuntu has been flaky, as well.

All that, plus lack of OpenURL support isn't auguring well for
academic.live.com, which is sad, since its content is right up our
institution's alley.
