[Web4lib] Web sites moving

For Macromedia Dreamweaver users, there is an extension, DMX Tidy, to 
use Tidy within the product.

I'm not sure that it is still supported, as I saw nothing on the w3.org 
site or the sourcforge.net site about the DMX Tidy, but it does work well.
