[Web4lib] connecting Google Book Search to library holdings

I wrote a little Greasemonkey script based on Jon Udell's
Library Lookup that connects you to your library's holdings
of a book when you look it up in Google Book Search.

It should be easy to adapt to anyone who has already done
a Library Lookup script for their own library.
